Veselovsky Scientific Center for Macromolecular Compounds Chemistry developed polymeric compositions of Silor-Ultra and Sprut brands.
These polymer compositions are used for complex repairs, concrete and other porous materials reinforcement, for waterproofing and anticorrosive protection of concrete and metal.
The system of protective coatings for concrete and other porous materials includes reinforcing impregnation Silor-Ultra or Silor-Ultra KM, as well as finishing layer of a protective covering depending on functional purpose.
Polymer impregnation provides strengthening of a concrete surface layer, sealing, increase of crack resistance and resistance to shock loadings and friction, increase of frost resistance.
Finishing film-forming coating provides water resistance, resistance to aggressive environments, corrosion protection of concrete and metal.
Coatings can be applied at negative temperatures.
After polymerization they are not toxic and do not burn.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Monomer Silor hardens under the action of salts or compounds that are always contained in concrete.
The monomer in its composition has a crown- or pseudo-crown-ether, which forms an ionic vapor with the metal cation. The released anion catalyzes the solidification process of the monomer.
Silor is a one-component liquid. It has the viscosity of kerosene, is applied to the concrete surface and easily penetrates into its pores.
Recently, a new modification of Silor was developed, the rate of curing of which is regulated from a few minutes to several days. During this time, it manages to penetrate tens of centimeters into the body of concrete. With this impregnation waterproofing and strengthening of concrete is provided.
Sealant Sprut is two-component polymeric composition.
By changing the ratio of the components of the composition, as well as the introduction of additional ingredients, sealant Sprut allows to solve practically all the problems which arise at sealing of underground constructions, buildings, soils, roads, bridges, capacities, sea vessels and constructions.
It can be used underwater and in petroleum products.
Physical and mechanical characteristics of the sealant are determined by the ratio between the ingredients of the composition. The properties of the cured sealant can be adjusted in the range from the properties of the used chewing gum to the properties of solid rubber, meaning strength from 0.1 to 30 MPa and tensile strength from 100 to 1000%.

HIGHLY STRONG
Restored reinforced concrete structures have the strength of new ones. Impregnation of concrete and sand gives a grade above 1000. Resistance to cracks increases 8 times.
HYDROPHOBIC
Impermeability to water, salts, oils, petroleum products. Concrete becomes impermeable to liquid water, but passes its vapor. You can work under water and in oil.
TEMPERATURE RESISTANT
Possibility of drawing in any weather conditions and temperature from -20 to +60 C. Operating temperature from -60 to +1200 C. Frost resistance - more than 400 cycles.
CHEMOSTIC
High resistance to aggressive environments: acids, alkalis, solvents. After polymerization does not burn. It has bactericidal and fungicidal qualities.
ECOLOGICAL
Polymer compositions are non-toxic. They can be used in residential areas. Contact with food and drinking water is allowed.
ECONOMICAL
No special conditions for application. Material costs 2-3 times smaller comparing to competitors. The service life of the repaired facilities is more than 20 years.
